Where do you provide pool service?
We’re based in Niles, Michigan, serving the South Bend and Michiana area, including Granger, Mishawaka and Elkhart. Contact us to confirm service availability at your address. Larger renovation and commercial projects can be discussed individually.
What’s included in the 2027 Complete Pool Package?
A pool opening with opening chemicals, 15 weekly summer visits and a closing. Pool-only and pool + hot tub options are available. Review the booking item for pricing, size limits, surcharges and exclusions. Chlorine tablets when applicable, SuperVac fees and SuperVac chemicals are separate.
How do I choose between weekly care and SuperVac?
Weekly care provides an ongoing routine of water testing, cleaning and service tasks. SuperVac is a separate industrial vacuuming service for the pool bottom. If your pool is green or needs heavy cleanup, discuss its condition with us before booking.
Can you help with a worn pool surface or liner?
Yes. We offer ecoFinish resurfacing, liner and renovation services. Use the ecoFinish estimator for a preliminary starting point, then talk with us about your pool’s condition and project scope.
Do you handle pool equipment and automation?
Yes. Explore pump, filter and automation services online, or contact us about heaters, salt systems and other equipment needs. Suitability and available functions depend on your pool and installed equipment.
Do I need to prepare for a weekly visit?
Please maintain the appropriate water level and remove your solar cover before arrival. Technicians do not add water or remove or replace solar covers due to liability. Have your chlorine tablets available when applicable. Salt-generator cleaning is a separate service and fee.
